How quickly can you repair a forklift on site?
For a truck that is down, we aim to have a technician on site the same working day where the schedule allows, and next day otherwise. Many faults are fixed on the first visit; where a part is needed we say so before we leave, with the lead time.
Do you service brands you didn’t sell?
Yes — any brand, diesel or electric. Most of the trucks in our workshop on a given day were bought elsewhere. Genuine, OEM or used parts, your choice. See the brands we work on.
What does a forklift preventive-maintenance contract include?
Scheduled visits on a fixed calendar — fluids, filters, brakes, mast, chains, tyres, hydraulics and electrics checked and adjusted, with a written report each time. The aim is that you hear about a worn part from us before it fails on the floor.
Can you recondition my existing forklift rather than replace it?
Often that is the better-value answer. We recondition to the standard you specify — from a mechanical overhaul through to a full respray — and tell you honestly when a truck is beyond sensible repair.
